The Leatt GPX 5.5 Composite is extremely lightweight and combines 360° turbine technology with Armourgel cushioning material. A total of 10 turbines made of 3D-formed armourgels are placed in the helmet. Flexible in their natural state, the turbines harden upon impact. This effectively protects the head and brain from rotational and impact forces. The helmet is also equipped with a breakaway helmet shield, which breaks away in the event of a collision and additionally reduces rotational energy. All this is combined with 3D V-foam lining and a smaller shell size, as well as numerous ventilation slots to give you a well-ventilated head even at low speeds.
